So things have been super busy lately... Let me give you a little background.
So I got a job as a trainer at Gold's Gym! I can't remember if I wrote about that yet. So, it's been fun bringing in clients and training and just getting to know the ropes.
I graduated! That's exciting! I finally cap and gown everything graduated from BYU. Along with my two brothers.
Oh and we got this little bundle of fun.
Man she's into everything. She has fallen in love with the neighborhood kids, Insists on chewing on everything she sees and cries for long periods of time when she's left alone. But she's adorable and has captured adam's and my heart. We love our little Zoe. :)
That's about it!!

Stressful week
Last week was very stressful. I am so glad it is done.
Let's see... I had four midterms (six all together if you count the two the week before!) and three quizzes (8 if you count the week before as well). I had a midterm in my Substance Abuse class, my Living Prophets class, and then my two stressful midterms were my functional anatomy lab midterm on all the nerves, and my functional anatomy lecture on the peripheral nervous system. I am glad to say that I got at least a B on all my midterms and I studied very hard for them! And I am glad to say that I did draw the brachial plexus and I remembered all the cranial nerves, their foramen that they exit out of the skull, whether they were sensory or motor and what they did.
So not only did I have four midterms and lots of quizzes, but I also got called late wednesday night and was asked to teach relief society tomorrow. Oh boy. We'll see how that one turns out. I am so glad that Monday is a holiday! It will be a nice break from last week.
It rained today. I went out running in it. It was nice, almost like I was running in Seattle again. That was random, but I enjoyed it. There's nothing quite as cleansing as running in the rain. Though you tend to come home soaked and very cold.

My first black eye
So yesterday, I had an intermural basketball game for BYU. It was my second, and the first that we actually played... since the last one was a forfeit (they didn't have enough people). Needless to say, I was pretty excited. We won! 57-13 or something like that. And it was so fun... until I got elbowed really really hard in the eye. I have a pretty red eye today... And i think the bruising will set in pretty soon. At least today I can see! Yesterday it was so swollen, people told me I had the face of the girl in Juno... the one that's got the "stink eye". Thanks for the confidence boost guys. I love you too.
Oh well... that's the name of the game... right?

Happy Birthday!
This week was so fun! We celebrated three birthdays in the family.
First, happy birthday to newborn Chloe! She was born on the 19, is very cute, and is doing quite well.
Second, I wanna say happy birthday to my mommy. She's my hero. I love her very much. Her birthday was on the 20. I hear she had a good birthday, spending it with some of her friends.
Lastly, we went to bountiful on Saturday to celebrate my brother-in-law Christopher's birthday. That was exciting. The nieces and nephews came over and we had a huge chocolate cake, ate homemade crownburgers (or normal burgers if you didn't want pastrami on it) and played games!
Happy birthday to everyone in the family!

Catching up
So this has been a fun fun fun couple of months!
First, Adam and I celebrated our first anniversary! One year down, many many more fun and enjoyable years to come :) We celebrated by going to park city. We stayed at a Marriott resourt and had the best view ever! It was so fun. We walked up and down the snowy streets, saw the beautiful lights and Adam bought me a perfect necklace. Its heart shaped, and has rubies and diamonds in it!
Christmas was so fun. We spent the day at Adams parents house in Bountiful. It was quite a different experience, spending christmas with little kids. We got the best game called Dominion (thank you so much Jameson and Becky) and we played it a TON. Its probably our favorite game ever. (don't tell anyone, but we've already bought two expansions to the game) We also had the normal tradition of eating eggs benedict for breakfast! Its so yummy... i wish that it wasn't like 800 calories for one. All in all it was a super fun day.
New Years was about the same as Christmas. We ate a lot, played lots of games and hung out with the williams. We celebrated the new year by watching a James Bond movie, Despicable Me, and Barbie Fashion Show (that one was for Lia but Brayden was excited to watch it too) Adam knocked me head over heels (as always) by giving me the best kiss to bring in the new year.
So now its January 2011. School has started. Of course, as my last semester, its super super busy. But that is ok. I've already had my first midterm. It was for my functional anatomy class. I had to learn all the bones in two weeks and take a midterm on them already! Crazy! I have ANOTHER functional anatomy midterm next week (this one is for the lecture, not the lab). But seriously. I have 9 midterms+ a final in that class alone. Adam has a tough semester this year too. His consists of tons of big projects for his I-Sys program. I admire him. He really works hard.
Another fun thing that happened this month was Jameson and Becky had their baby! We got the chance to go visit them in the hospital. They named her Chloe Elisabeth and she's adorable :) Both mommy and baby are doing great.
Its been a wonderful month and a half. I've learned a lot, had lots of adventures and watched lots of smallville (season one! Just started it) I am looking forward to another eventful couple of weeks!
